A caveat: the “bring solutions, not just problems” has been criticized as shutting down or shortchanging root cause analysis or problem evaluation needed to identify *effective* solutions. Keep that in mind when trying to be over-efficient when trying to move past a block. The same issue can re-occur if not adequately addressed. Be strategic on this as well to invest in long term outcomes.
